This advanced education builds upon my Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from the University of Maine at Farmington, combining technical expertise with strong communication and teaching abilities.
My professional experience as an Applications Support Specialist with the city of South Portland has given me hands-on experience with enterprise-level systems, Active Directory administration, and critical infrastructure management.
